Handmade Jewelry Exchanges & Returns
We want you to be thrilled with your purchases! Therefore, if you are not satisfied with your jewelry (for any reason), you may return it for a full refund, if you request a return authorization within 30 days of date package sent. Please Contact Us to let us know you would like to request a return or exchange. We’re sorry, but there is no refund on shipping and/or handling charges.
Gifts may be returned for store credit or exchange only. Custom or sale items are final sales and cannot be returned.
Each and every piece of our jewelry is unique. As such, it is possible that someone may have purchased a piece, and we have not yet removed it from our website, which we do every night. If you select one of these pieces, we will let you know via email. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause, but it is unavoidable with truly custom, unique pieces of jewelry.
If you receive a damaged product, please let us know within 15 days of date package sent to be eligible for a no-charge repair.
If it is determines that any damage is due to flaws in workmanship or materials, your jewelry will be repaired or replaced, but if it is determines the damage was caused by other reasons, repair charges may apply.
Repairs outside of 15 days from your order are subject to availability of materials/type of materials and degree of repair. Please email us with your problem and we will quote you whether there is a repair fee.
Damage/breakage during normal wear, please let us know within 90 days of date package sent to be eligible for a no-charge repair.
Please allow approximately 2-3 weeks for any repairs.
Crediting Your Returns
We will credit your credit card once the return is received. Please allow 10-14 days for credit to be processed. Please note it may take 1-2 billing cycles for your credit to appear on your statement. We’re sorry, but there is no refund on Shipping/Handling on returned merchandise.
You are responsible for the return shipping cost for returns, exchanges and repairs and will not be refunded.
When returning your package, please include the following:
1) Unworn item(s) original condition
2) Please use a padded envelope or box to make your return. Please insure your return or use a method such as UPS or FedEx to have a record of your return. We are not responsible for items lost or damaged during shipping.
2) A copy of the original invoice (If you no longer have it, include the item number, billing name and billing address on a separate piece of paper.)
3) Please let us know the reason for your return — we strive to provide the best possible service and product for our customers.

Sisterly Creations ships via United States Postal Service (USPS). The following is a list of shipping services that we provide:
USPS Ground Service flat rate fee: $6.35 (or whatever you set)
We now offer FREE Ground Shipping on all orders in the US.
Free Shipping is not offered on any of our SKULLS. Shipping will be arranged on an individual-basis for each skull order.
Canada and other countries customer must pay shipping and handling due to the high cost of sending it overseas.
